Customer Services Executive
Senior Executive
Responsibilities:
- ’ Coordinate shipment/truck booking
- ’ Check forwarding/ocean freight/local charge etc.
- ’ Prepare shipping documents eg: invoice, packing list and etc.
- ’ Handle sample/document courier
- ’ Log in customer portal to update/ upload shipment related info
- ’ Liaise with store department on goods readiness
- ’ Undertake assignment, ad-hoc tasks and related duties as and when required
Requirements:
- ’ At least a Diploma / Degree in Manufacturing / Industrial / Business / Marketing or equivalent
- ’ Computer literacy in Microsoft Word and Excel
- ’ Able to work independently.
- ’ Minimum 5 years related working experiences.
