Customer Services Executive
Senior Executive
Responsibilities:

  • €’ Coordinate shipment/truck booking
  • €’ Check forwarding/ocean freight/local charge etc.
  • €’ Prepare shipping documents eg: invoice, packing list and etc.
  • €’ Handle sample/document courier
  • €’ Log in customer portal to update/ upload shipment related info
  • €’ Liaise with store department on goods readiness
  • €’ Undertake assignment, ad-hoc tasks and related duties as and when required

Requirements:

  • €’ At least a Diploma / Degree in Manufacturing / Industrial / Business / Marketing or equivalent
  • €’ Computer literacy in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • €’ Able to work independently.
  • €’ Minimum 5 years related working experiences.
